How to Activate the Waitlist Feature for Your Restaurant

You can activate waitlist for your restaurants in a few minutes:

Step 1: Choose a Suitable Plan

First, ensure you are subscribed to a plan that includes the waitlist feature. If you’re not sure, check the QR2ORDER pricing page to compare plans and select one that fits your needs.

Step 2: Log into the Backend

Log into your QR2ORDER account by visiting the login page. Use your credentials to access the backend dashboard.

Step 3: Access Waitlist Settings

Once logged in, navigate to the "My business" menu. Look for the "Booking" option and press edit. You can customize settings such as the minimum and maximum party size. Adjust these settings according to your restaurant's capacity and preferences.

Step 4: Activate the Waitlist

In the Clients permissions section, press edit pen to open clients permission. This will enable the waitlist for your restaurant, making it available for your customers. You can activate in the front-end with
"Allow waitlist from front-end" and on google maps if available in your countery with "Allow waitlist from google maps"

Step 5: Save Changes

Make sure to save your changes to apply the waitlist feature. Once saved, the waitlist will be live and accessible to your customers via the digital menu.

Step 6: Inform Your Staff

Communicate with your staff about the new waitlist feature. Ensure they know how to manage and monitor the waitlist from the backend.

Step 7: Promote the Waitlist

Promote the waitlist feature to your customers. Inform them that they can join the waitlist via the digital menu by scanning the restaurant’s QR code.
